- Custom fabrication projects may require a deposit before work begins.
- Any required deposit and payment schedule will be communicated before work starts.
- Remaining balances must be paid before products are released, shipped, or delivered unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Additional work or modifications requested after approval may result in additional charges, subject to customer approval.
3. Custom Orders
Custom-made products are manufactured according to the specifications agreed upon with the customer.
Once fabrication has begun, cancellations or changes may not be possible without additional costs.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving measurements, designs, and specifications before production begins.
4. Production & Turnaround Times
Estimated completion dates are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to material availability, equipment issues, shipping delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Standard, unused products may be eligible for returns if approved by Davis Fab N Repair.
- Custom-made or personalized products are generally non-returnable unless defective or incorrectly manufactured.
- Customers should contact us promptly regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
- Any applicable refund, repair, or replacement will be determined based on the circumstances and applicable law.
6. Welding Repairs
Repair services are performed based on the condition of the item and the agreed scope of work.
Additional damage or complications discovered during repair may require revised pricing or additional work, which will be discussed with the customer before proceeding.
Davis Fab N Repair reserves the right to decline repairs that cannot reasonably or safely be performed.
